All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though changes won’t affect orders already placed.

Important Note: While we strive for accurate product descriptions and images, slight variations may occur. Costume sizes may differ between brands, so please check sizing charts carefully.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase which we accept when we send your order confirmation email.

All transactions are processed securely, and we don’t store your complete payment details on our servers.

5. Shipping Information

We ship worldwide except to Asia and some remote areas (sorry folks!). Here’s how we get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way!

Delivery times are estimates only – we’re not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely wrapped with your purchase. If something’s not right, no worries!

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached)
  • In original packaging with proof of purchase

Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on these items if removed from original packaging:

  • Costume props
  • Gloves & hands
  • Intimate apparel

These items are final sale once opened. Cheers for understanding!

Return process:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll email a Returns Authorisation number and instructions
  4. Pack item securely with the RA number visible
  5. Ship to: Grease Costumes Shop, 25 Ridge Road, GREGORY RIVER, AU 4660

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. We recommend using tracked shipping as we can’t be responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
