Shipping Information
We ship our bonza costumes all around the world (except Asia and a few remote areas). Here’s how we get your gear to you:
Standard Shipping
- Cost: $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Available on orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it’s dispatched. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way!
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We know that sometimes things might not be quite right. No worries! We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items if they have been removed from their original packaging:
- Costume Props
- Gloves & Hands
- Any intimate apparel items
These items are final sale to ensure everyone’s health and safety. Cheers for your understanding!
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
- Contact us first at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Returns Authorisation number and instructions
- Pack the item securely with your Returns Authorisation number visible
- Ship the package to: Grease Costumes Shop, 25 Ridge Road, GREGORY RIVER, AU 4660
Return Shipping
You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we can’t be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? No drama! The process is the same as returns – just let us know you’d prefer an exchange when you contact us. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original back.
