What types of costumes do you offer?
We specialise in a wide range of costumes including Animal Planet outfits, Buzz Lightyear costumes, costume props, food & beverage themed items, gloves & hands, grease costumes, and teen costumes. Our collections are perfect for various events and age groups!
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our charts to ensure the perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort, especially for layered costumes.
Are your costumes suitable for children?
Absolutely! We offer costumes for all ages, including our Teen Costumes range. Please check individual product descriptions for age recommendations and safety information.

Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your safety.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your costumes to you ASAP. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t been processed yet.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! However, we’re unable to deliver to some remote areas in Asia and other hard-to-reach locations. If you’re unsure about your address, email us before ordering at [email protected].
What are your shipping options?
We offer two convenient options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 days after shipping.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50, processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via EMS within 15-25 days after shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After processing (1-2 business days), please allow:
– 10-15 days for Standard Shipping
– 15-25 days for Free Shipping
You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery once it’s shipped.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We want you to be chuffed with your purchase! If something isn’t right, you have 15 days from receiving your item to initiate a return. Contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save favourites, and speed up future purchases.
